Science Care, founded in 2000, is the leading body donation authority in the world, that commits to setting the industry standard that families have come to trust.
Each year thousands of people choose to donate their body to science to change the world for all of us. Science Care whole body donors have accelerated medical research on many fronts, leading to new medical devices and safer, more effective treatment for patients.
Science Care’s foundation is the culture of respect for donors, their loved ones, employees, and the communities that home their operations. Their hope is to honor a donor’s last wishes, a responsibility they take very seriously.
Over 4 years:
6,000+ total cards have been directly sent to Science Care employees on Science Care’s behalf.
Initially only Birthday, Work-Anniversary & New Hire cards were sent monthly, about 30-60 cards a month.
However, in July 2022 we created the Recognition Card program. A program where employees can send a custom message greeting card, in the mail, to another employee for the purpose of a shout out, a thank you, just saying “Hi” or extending sympathy.
The success of the Recognition Card program is directly linked to employee participation - since 2022 the participation has increased by 45.1%.
The Recognition Card program has been reported in an ESG biannually since 2022, specifically, for strengthening the social aspect of Science Care’s culture, promoting engagement and supporting DEI.
As defined by British Business Bank, an “ESG – short for Environmental, Social and Governance – is a set of standards measuring a business's impact on society, the environment, and how transparent and accountable it is.”

Employee Formsite
Custom made formsite with card design options, recipient info and message fields.

Spreadsheet from HR
HR exports, reviews and sends a spreadsheet with appropriate information.

Card Creation
Using pre-made templates, I fill all the fields and export files. I print the files and envelopes, quality check, hand stamp all cards and drop at a local post office.
