White Tie Productions is a boutique event production company providing audio visual services, creative media design and event logistics services across the United States. With 130 shows produced in 2025, it felt necessary to showcase not only this statistic, but a handful of impressive numbers across our social media platforms.

This multi-video social campaign took months of planning, extensive internal review and a handful of creative software to execute, leading to the most successful end-of-year social posts for White Tie to date.

PLANNING

With the numerical nature of
the data and the timing of other EOY campaigns, a Spotify Wrapped style campaign strategically felt relevant and energetic. Leaning heavily into production-based copy & wordplay.

Began scheduling social calendar
for Q4, compiling assets, creating templates and sending frequent
drafts, in tandem with other
creative responsibilities.

SOFTWARE

Adobe After Effects
Template creation using key-frames, transform, motion graphics, easing, text animation and effects. Main project files for final compositions.

INTERNAL REVIEW

This (6) video social campaign naturally had a many revisions ranging from copy, timing and audio/b-roll edits, made efficiently with thoughtfully organized media and project management.

Worked extensively with creative team to create a final product that felt cohesive to the campaign and captured the audience's attention.

Annual Social Engagement - Likes

The average number of likes per month on the @whitetielive instagram account, averaged anually for 2024 & 2025.

While apart of the White Tie Productions Creative Team, I primarily lead the social content creation with this process:

Gather engagement data in relation to the post type - initially finding minimal to no data for reel/video content and short term/story posts.

Monthly meetings with creative team and the sales and marketing coordinator to review social schedules, approve or revise plans and share content ideas to inform upcoming schedules with the intent of prematurely making content.

Coordinate content days, manage audio & video equipment, edit content for appropriate platforms and share projects for internal review.

Final revisions, caption collaboration and schedule social media posts across, typically, 4 accounts using a social media management software.
